We process and utilise the following data when you use our service:

• Station Name

The station name is populated from your contacts owner (android) or device name (iOS) and can be changed by you. The station name is shared solely with other Intercom users in your current local network. It is not retained by us on our servers.

• IP Addresses

Your Internet visible IP address is shared with our server solely to match your station with other stations using the same address. It is not retained by our servers.

Your LAN IP address is distributed by our server only to other instances of the application running in your local network, solely in order to place local voice calls. This address is not visible in the application, nor is it retained on our servers.

• Signaller Communications

The personal data shared from the device to our server is limited to that listed above. Additionally, all communications between the device and the servers are over an encrypted channel.

• Wifi Base Station Name

This data is not transmitted outside of the local application.

Call metadata is not retained on our servers.

• Voice Data

All data used to transmit voice (through use of the device's microphone upon which the application is running) remains within the local network and is not processed by our servers.

Sharing with outside parties

We warrant that no data is shared with any third parties.
